Johnny Rockets is one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the world and, with locations opening in 28 countries, they called on SWAY to handle all of their consumer- and media-focused grand opening events in the U.S.
We worked closely with the corporate, field and restaurant teams, as well as franchisees, to tailor events that suited each market, venue and neighborhood. From Cannery Row, in Californa, to National Harbor, in D.C., we partnered with all key constituents to ensure a newsworthy opening that would increase awareness, sales, ticket size, loyalty and social engagement. Of the 30+ openings we’ve executed for the brand, 100% were considered a success by all involved, which has led to ahead-of-schedule break-evens and subsequent franchise sales.
