Gary, the Driving Force of SWAY, has always lived in Phoenix…although you seldom find him in the Valley of the Sun! He often travels at a moment’s notice to fill in, take over and represent our clients whenever and wherever they need him. In fact, since he created SWAY Events, in 2006, Gary has been intimately involved with every aspect of our local, national and global clients’ campaigns. He is wildly creative, surprisingly hands-on and the epitome of grace under pressure. Gary has always been part of the entertainment industry with graduating honors as the National Thespian Scholar, 7 years with Walt Disney entertainment and as the Marketing Manager of the Phoenix New Times. His favorite SWAY Events are the firm’s three signature affairs, those he created and has grown throughout the years: the charitable Dancing with The Bars, which has, in eight years, raised more than $100,000 for non-profit organizations, the SWAY Summer Pool Party at the historic Hotel Valley Ho, now in its fifth fabulous year, and the ever-popular SWAGGER Awards, celebrating SWAY’s favorite trend-setting people, places and things.
